    While you have the freedom to choose where you service your vehicle, Hillside Imports specializes in Audi and VW, ensuring expert knowledge and quality service for your specific make. 

  • 3. Are Hillside Imports' technicians certified to work on Audi and VW vehicles?

    Yes, our technicians are highly trained and certified to work on Audi and VW cars, equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and technology.

    OMIT or rephrase, this makes it seem as if we are certified By VW or Audi and that is not true. Maybe use “qualified” not certified? They are well trained but VW and Audi do not offer any certification for independent technicians.

  • 9. Is there a waiting area at Hillside Imports, or do I need to drop off my vehicle for service?

    To ensure efficient service, all vehicles need to be dropped off, as we do not have a waiting area. We provide a convenient drop box for after-hours drop-offs, allowing you to leave your vehicle securely outside our regular business hours. The drop box is located to the right of the lower office door. Please fill out an envelope provided with your contact information and park your vehicle in one of the Employee Parking spots. If using our drop box during business hours please text to let us know you have left your vehicle.

  • 10. Where should I park my car when I come for my appointment?

    When you enter the parking lot, turn immediately to the right and park under the big Hillside Imports sign, opposite Working Class Acupuncture. You will see a line of miniature orange cones marking our parking spots. Walk up the driveway to the main office on the second level to check in and drop off your keys.

  • 11. What should I do if I encounter an issue with my Audi or VW after the service?
