Plan Your Visit to Hillside Imports


Thank you for choosing Hillside Imports for your automotive needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient service experience, please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Vehicle Health and Safety

  • We reserve the right to decline service if your vehicle poses a health hazard.
  • Ensure your car is in a clean and sanitary condition for our technicians to address the issues effectively.

2. Remove Personal Belongings

  • Clear both the cabin and trunk of personal belongings and trash.
  • This is particularly important if you suspect water leaks, as our technicians may need access for inspection and repairs.

3. Maintain a Clean Environment

  • We kindly request that you do not bring in vehicles with mold or other health hazards. If your vehicle needs an interior detail to address mold or other health hazards, we are happy to make a referral. 
  • Check for and remove any drug paraphernalia from your vehicle prior to your visit.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Please be aware of our 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Providing a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel allows us to fill the slot and keep our technicians working efficiently.

5. Park Smart

  • If you are dropping off after hours park in front of our lower office door where it says employee parking and ensure that ALL personal belongings are removed from the vehicle.
