Daily Procedures Update – Contactless Drop Off and Pick Up

Due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic we have made a few changes to our daily procedures. When you schedule your vehicle please be prepared for contactless drop off and pick up. We ask that you drop off your vehicle downstairs, in the lower lot, directly across from the Acupuncture Clinic. Look for the big Hillside Imports sign and the little orange cones that mark off our parking spaces.

If you have visited us before you will recognize it as the parking space where you pick up your vehicle. You will then walk over to the building to the downstairs office – please do not walk or drive up the steep driveway. To the right of the downstairs office door is a black lock box that says, “Night Drop/Early Bird”.

There are envelopes provided at the lock box, please fill out your contact info and include any notes on that envelope.

Key goes into the envelope! Envelope goes into the slot! Send a text to 503-758-1476 when you have dropped off your keys in the lock box.

We will sanitize before and after work is done and call you with recommendations and estimates. When your work is complete payment will be accepted via any major credit card and an email receipt will be sent. You will need to sign the receipt to authorize your purchase. If you will be signing your receipt on your smart phone be prepared to put your phone in landscape mode, you can then sign right on the screen. If you use a computer, you will use your mouse to sign. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these very unusual times.
