The contents may not be copied, modified or redistributed from this site without the express written consent of Doc VW, Inc. By using this site to obtain information or to shop at our online store you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The laws of the State of Oregon (without applying conflict-of-law principles) will govern these terms of use and any dispute that might arise between you and Doc VW, Inc. regarding your use of this site or purchases from the online store must be submitted to confidential arbitration in Portland, Oregon (Multnomah County). To the extent that Doc VW, Inc. believes that you have violated or may violate Doc VW Inc’s intellectual property rights, Doc VW, Inc may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any federal or state court located in Portland, Oregon; and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You may download or reproduce material displayed on this site for your non-commercial personal use only. You may not distribute, modify or otherwise use the material for public or commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Shipping:
All domestic orders will be shipped USPS or DHL Ground unless otherwise requested. If you require your goods faster please specify that in the shipping portion of your order.

Conditions of Sale:
All parts remain the property of Doc VW, Inc. until paid in full. All engine modification parts, brake parts, European headlights and taillights (except for those that are direct factory replacement parts) are for race use only and may not be used on public roads in the USA. Check your local laws. Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with these and all other items.

Returns:
All refunds and exchanges must have prior approval from your sales representative and be made within 14 days of the sale. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion. There are no returns on electrical parts and no returns on any part that has been installed. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you receive an incorrect item you have 14 days from the date of the invoice to notify Doc VW, Inc to receive a replacement. Always get prior approval by phone or email before returning any item and be sure to note the return authorization number clearly on the box and inside the box.

Special Orders:
We will accept special orders for parts not normally stocked or listed at the customer’s request. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required prior to placing any special order parts.

Warranty:
All items on this website are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or shipping costs, arising from the use of any products on the website.

Core Charges:
Core charges will be credited to you after a core of matching description has been returned in good condition, able to be rebuilt. All cores must be returned within 60 days to receive your credit.
